I built my own kit and sent it along to Sato before ordering. They were able to adjust my order according to the specs of my deck, ensuring that I got the correct pieces and even saving me a bit of money. Highly recommend.

My first attempt at cable railing and I have to admit the results are outstanding. The finished cable project not only significantly improved the optics inside and out but it also must have added value to our home. The project involved replacing glass panels on the upper deck and wooden spindles on the lower deck. In all, I ran around 1,100 ft of cable. It’s a project this “not very handy” 72 year old tackled with wonderful end results.

Free design services, and great customer service and support after the sale. For me a first time DIY, tutorial instructions easy to follow. One thing that needs to be mentioned; when tightening cables, try not tighten the Allen wrench side. While holding Allen wrench side, tension cables with the muzata T wrench. I found that tightening from Allen wrench side tends to come loose.

I personally installed two deck railings and two interior railings, using different attachment styles and colors. When you ordered the incorrect parts, customer service text or emailed me to ask if I meant to order parts that didn’t go together correctly and helped me order the correct parts for my project. Their instruction videos were very helpful as well. They were always nice and helpful. Love how all my projects turned out.
