Shipping time during Corona outbreak

Dear customers,

The Corona outbreak has affected our shipping.
We have warehouses in the US, the standard delivery usually takes 3-5 days. However, it will take more time during the Corona outbreak.
Generally standard delivery might take 4-7 days now but can’t be promised.
There are small chances that some orders might be delayed for about 5-10 days even longer.
Expediated delivery will be faster (2-4 days) and barely delayed but also can’t be promised.
Please make sure you are OK with that before placing the order.We won’t be able to accept refund request if it turns out you can’t wait.

How to buy from outside of the U.S. ?

  • We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for your patronage of Muzata products first of all.
  • We have numbers of warehouses in the continental United States, the standard delivery usually takes 3-5 days. However, it will take more time during the Corona outbreak.Please notice that the express service is only available in the continental United States.
  • If you are from outside of the continental United States and want to buy our products, you will need to use the transshipment service provided by the third-party transship company. (We recommend these service providers, USGoBuy, My US, Reship, and Shipito. We only recommend service provider without taking other responsibility). 
  • The following are some common countries and regions requiring transshipment service. 
  • You may need to go to corresponding website for inquiry on your own for such as the service terms, fee rules and countries or regions can be delivered.
  • The general transfer process is as below( Subject to the forwarding company
  • Sign up on a service provider’s website to register your US mailing address and you will get the warehouse address of transshipment service provider.
  • Fill in the address provided by the transshipment service provider, add your name and phone number after this address on our website.
  • After your package arrived at their warehouse, you can submit a shipment request and pay the estimated shipping fee.
  • The transshipment service provider will send you the tracking number.
